Order status and tracking

Track your order from ship date to arrival. To begin, enter your order number and email address below.

1. Guests: Enter your order number and email address below.
   Registered Users: login to view your order receipt.
2. View your order status in the orange box in the right column of your order receipt.

Note: if your order number ends with “EQL”, you will need to contact Customer Service for order updates.
